A deep process of purification, ceremony, silence, and connection with master plants in nature.

A rare opportunity to enter a deep healing and learning process with master plants, guided in a safe and supportive environment.

For generations, Amazonian healers have worked with sacred plants through a practice known as a dieta. This process allows a person to reconnect with nature, listen deeply to their inner world, and receive guidance from plant wisdom.

During this 15-day immersion near Oslo, Norway, participants will step away from daily distractions and enter a space of silence, ceremony, reflection, and connection with nature.

This retreat is designed for those who feel called to explore themselves deeply and reconnect with the intelligence of the natural world.

🌿 The Dieta Process at a Glance
A plant dieta combines several elements that support a deep process of self-reflection and healing.

The retreat experience typically includes:

Nature immersion
Time spent in a peaceful natural environment away from daily distractions.

Simple dieta food
A clean and simple diet designed to support purification and sensitivity.

Plant ceremonies
Ayahuasca and San Pedro ceremonies that support insight and emotional release.

Master plant work
Individual connection with teacher plants such as Bobinsana, Ajo Sacha, Chiric Sanango, or Noya Rao.

Silence and reflection
Time for personal observation, journaling, and inner exploration.

Guidance and integration
Support from experienced facilitators and opportunities to reflect on the experience.

Together these elements create a space where participants can slow down, reconnect with themselves, and explore deeper levels of awareness.

What Is a Master Plant Dieta?
A Master Plant Dieta is an ancestral healing and learning practice originating from indigenous traditions of the Peruvian Amazon.

Traditionally, participants isolate themselves from the stimulation of modern life and enter a simple environment in nature. Through silence, discipline and the use of master plants, participants create space for deep self-reflection and transformation.

Master plants are called “teacher plants” because they are believed to transmit knowledge and guidance.

This process supports:

* purification of the body

* emotional release

* mental clarity

* spiritual insight

* reconnection with intuition

Dietas are traditionally how shamans learn directly from the plants. In this sense, a dieta can be understood as a personal apprenticeship with nature.

Master Plants Used in This Retreat
Participants will work individually with one or more master plants depending on personal needs.

Plants used may include:

* Bobinsana

* Ajo Sacha

* Chiric Sanango

* Noya Rao

The dieta may include:

* Daily ingestion of the plant

* Plant baths

* Energetic plant blessings (sopladas)

* Personalized guidance according to each participant’s process
